We boast 7 rooms with en suite bathrooms – 4 with air-conditioning, the other with ceiling fans – all with facilities for making tea and coffee, fridge, DSTV, as well as free wireless ADSL internet connections to your laptop.

ROOMS

Our very private, spacious and comfortable bedrooms are tastefully decorated to make your stay both pleasurable and memorable.

Each bedroom is airy and cool in summer, with either air conditioning or ceiling fan. To chase away any winter blues our guest house is heated through out, with under floor heating in all the bedrooms.

Each room has en-suite bathrooms, and is equipped with DSTV, radio-alarm clocks, safes, hairdryers, writing desk, as well as fridge, coffee & tea making facilities. The wireless ADSL internet can be accessed in the comfort of your room. All our bedrooms have ample cupboard space for packing and hanging clothes. Coat hangers are provided.

Our rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking areas, but smokers are welcome to smoke outside and on balconies.

All rates quoted are fully inclusive, and include breakfast. Rates may change without prior notice.

Room 1 Honeymoon Suite

This Executive Honeymoon Suite is tastefully decorated amid a romantic surround of yesteryear. The room is equipped with an air conditioner and under floor heating, making it comfotable no matter the weather. The en-suite Victorian Bathroom is spacious and very beautiful, having twin basins, a shower and bath. This master suite offers a private balcony overlooking the beautiful garden, where breakfast can be served on request. You will feel like royalty in the luxury of our show case suite.

Room 6

This spacious de luxe en suite room is on ground level, and has private access from the drive way. It has a small kitchenette with microwave for your convenience. The air conditioning and underfloor heating ensures you are comfortable what ever the weather. Should it be required, this room can easily be converted into a family room, with a sleeper couch for the young ones.

Room 7

Room 7 is a large luxurious room with en suite bathroom, and private access on ground level. It can be used as a family room, having a queen size bed and sleeper couch. Air conditioning and underfloor heating make it comfortable in all weather conditions. You may choose to sit and work at the large desk in the room, or lie back and watch your favourite programme on DSTV.

Breakfast

Served daily on the patio or in the breakfast room. Evening meals are available daily by prior arrangement.We are affiliated to some of the finest local restaurants. Peruse the menus in the comfort of the guest house and allow us to make a reservation for you.

Breakfast will be served on weekdays between 6:30 -9:00 and weekends from 7:30-10:00. Early departures will recieve a breakfast pack on check-in.

Conferences

314 on Clark can not only see to all your accommodation needs, but we also boast a small conference facility – ideal for small gatherings, executive meetings, presentations and the like. Should you require a larger amount of people to attend, we can arrange that you make use of the breakfast room, where we have had up to 50 delegates seated for a conference.

Our conference facility is set up with a digital projector, so you need to just plug your lap top in for a presentation. We have a white board, sound system and television for your use. The conference room has air conditioning, and ample ablutions are available.

Speak to us about our rates, inclusive of any catering you may require. We have a resident chef who can give you a quote tailor made to you needs and budget.

314 on Clark is the ideal place to host functions of various kinds. From weddings to christenings, tea parties to graduation dinners, product launches to gala dinners, children’s birthday parties to Christmas parties - we have had them all.

Directions

Directions from the N1 highway:

From N1, take Atterbury off-ramp
Turn left into Atterbury at top of off-ramp (away from Menlyn shopping centre)
First left into Charles street (BP garage on right hand side)
Travel down Charles street about 2,5 km
Follow municipal information signs to 314 on Clark.
These will direct you to turn left into Rupert st.
(Including the robot at the BP garage, Rupert is the fourth robot along Charles)
In Rupert st, travel up the hill to the second mini circle
Turn left into Clark street.
Guest House is third house on the left hand side.
