Bekaru Lodge

BEKARU Lodge opened in November 2006. We are situated in Harkerville, between Plettenberg Bay (10km) and Knysna (22km), in a rural country side environment. The property over-looks smooth meadows and distant views to the south and west. To the north and east, the property is graced with the presence of majestic gum trees.
We offer a selection of 6 spacious individually themed suites. Each bedroom is appointed with it own amenities which include: Own private patio or balcony, chic en-suite bathroom, king size beds with twin mattresses, couch and coffee table, writing bureau, plenty of plugs, satellite TV, air-conditioning, mini bar, safe, hairdryer, tea tray and log-fireplace.

In House Amenities for common use include: Internet station with ADSL connection, wireless connection throughout the lodge, board games and a comfortable lounge with a large log fireplace.
External Grounds Amenities include: A 16m swimming pool, braai gazebo area and peaceful garden spaces amongst rolling lawns. WIFI remote access is generally available within the grounds.

Nature reserves like " Tsitzikamma Coastal National Park " and "Robberg" invites you to beautiful scenic walks and hikes. Take a swim with the dolphins or whales in the unspoiled Plettenberg Bay. 5 well-known golf-courses are nearby. There is also Country polo, horse riding, deep sea fishing, sailing, mountain biking, canoeing, day tours on a scenic train route, visiting ostrich and crocodile farms and much more.

10 km from Plettenberg Bay on the N2 to Knysna turn left and travel 0,5 km along the gravel road.
25 km from Knysna on N2 to Plettenberg Bay turn right.
