Bradclin House

Bradclin House is situated in Pinelands, a leafy suburb of Cape Town and offers our guests 2 private suites, each with their own entrance. A swimming pool and tranquil garden invite guests to relax.

Bradclin House is very centrally situated for both the leisure and business traveller as we are within easy distance of both the local business districts and the top tourist attractions.

Cape Town is a stunning city and we are well situated for you to enjoy all it has to offer in the way of sight seeing, shopping or gourmet food delights.

The “Feathers” suite consists of a bedroom with double bed, desk, telephone, well equipped kitchen with two-plate mini stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, kettle, and toaster and all cutlery & crockery. The comfortable lounge has a lounge suite and dining table for 2, small desk, DSTV, a variety of board games, magazines and a selection of both fiction and non-fiction books. The bathroom has a bath and shower plus a separate toilet. The lounge, bedroom, and kitchen have wall heaters. Doors from both bedroom and lounge open to the private garden area, which has an outdoor Jacuzzi. Linen, towels, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and electronic safe are all provided. This suite has it’s own entrance, secure parking and it’s own alarm system. Well suited to both overseas visitors, honeymoon couples or business corporate stays where a high level of comfort is required. This suite is serviced daily for short-term guests and Monday – Friday for long-term guests.

The “Captain’s Cabin” suite can be either twin bedded or king with an adjoining sunroom equipped with a double sleeper couch, microwave, toaster, kettle, single hotplate, crockery & cutlery, DSTV and reading material. A large private bathroom with a corner bath encourages you to relax from the stresses and strains of modern life! A separate shower completes the picture. The private outside patio has a large table with 4 chairs. Linen, towels, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and safe are all provided. This suite has a private entrance, secure parking and it’s own alarm system. This suite is able to accommodate children. This suite is serviced daily for short-term guests and Monday – Friday for long term guests.

Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits or rusks are provided.

A Continental Self-serve breakfast of fruit, fruit juice, variety of cereals, yoghurt, muffins, bread, butter, cheese, preserves, and milk is placed in your suite daily.

Laundry facilities, Internet access, International plugs, beach towels and basic toiletries are available. Airport transfers can be arranged for a nominal fee.

Both suites are non-smoking but smoking is permitted in the garden or on the patio.

Directions: From Cape Town International airport, take the N2 towards “City” Turn off at Exit 11, Jan Smuts, stay in the right hand lane and take the Pinelands turn-off, Exit 11B. Continue along Jan Smuts until the first traffic lights where you turn left into Forest Drive, Pinelands. Turn left at the next traffic lights, immediately right into the Forest Drive service road, which runs parallel to Forest drive. Drive down one block, turn left into Margaret Place. Bradclin House is a double-storey, the second house on the left marked 20 on timber driveway gates.
