Car Rental Rates Effective Until September 2009

New Full Cover Insurance - International Clients Only

Return customers earn free car rental days. The longer you rent, the more free days you get. If you have used us before, you can cash in on your free days earned.
Please enquire when you make a booking.

Choose your rental rate and insurance excess.
While our vehicles have FULL COVER INSURANCE, the rates below give you THREE options to choose from. Please choose from:
Option 1 (white) - which have zero or the lowest insurance excess applicable
Option 2 (grey) - which have standard insurance excess
Option 3 (yellow) - which have the lowest daily rate, but highest insurance excess.

A price per kilometer is charged for vehicle rentals of less than seven days, however you get 200 kilometers FREE per day if you rent for two to six days.
Vehicles rented for seven or more days, are not charged per kilometer.

Please note that option 3 (yellow) insurance excess will be applied to all SA citizens. The below listed zero rated insurance excess applies to overseas bookings only.

All rates include VAT and FULL COVER INSURANCE where applicable for your own damage, third party damage and theft (per incident).



Our car rental rates exclude:

• Collection & Delivery Fees within a 40km radius after office hours are R150.00 per trip
• There is a minimum charge of R200.00 for collections or deliveries made outside of the 40km radius regardless of the time of day.
• There is a one way drop off fee of R950.00 per vehicle in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Durban, and R1250.00 per vehicle in Johannesburg. (ie: if you pick up in Johannesburg and drop off in Cape Town). Please note that drop off fees for quantum and 4x4 vehicles differ, and have to be quoted for, please enquire.
• Additional Driver Fee: R 57.00 p/driver
• Traffic fine admin fee : R 171.00
• Cross border fee: R 700.00
• Baby seat : R 30.00 p/seat p/day
• Contract Fee : R 30.00
• Accident admin fee : R300.00
• Garmin GPS Unit : R70 p/day
