Camelroc is situated between the two Caledon rivers and is close to Caledonspoort border post. Camelroc can definitely be recommended as a good base from which to explore the Eastern Free State as well as Lesotho.
For those who prefer to stay at base and relax, one can opt to take walks into the mountain, have a swim in the pool and braai beside the cottage whilst enjoying the serenity and splendour of this Eastern Free State countryside. There are diverse activities to be enjoyed and places to discover in the area.

With ablutions (hot water) - 2 x toilets, basins and showers. Electricity points and lights - shaded thatch shelters with tables. Tents and mattresses available for hire.
HIKERS ACCOMMODATION
Blesbuck roam the property. Take short walks up to Camelroc or to the cave. View Rock art along the Little Caledon River, along with plentiful birds and wild flowers.
Accommodation in sandstone hikers hut with 4 cubicles each with 2 bunk beds (total 16 beds/mattresses). Cooking facilities in cabin: 3 plate gas cooker, pots, pans, potjie, skottelbraai. Wood stove and gas heater and braai area outside. Electric lights with full size fridge/freezer
