We own a 45000 hectare (111150 acre) kalahari hunting concession situated along the border of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park (Kalahari Gemsbok National Park). The Auob River, which is dry for most of the time, passes through this hunting area.

Accommodation on the main hunting concession (Kalahari): You will find a fully equipped, Luxurious tented camp with lapa and boma in the dry river bed among the dunes and camel thorn trees.

The camp consists of 4 luxury tents, each with an en-suite bathroom sleeping 2 guests. The tents are far enough apart to provide total privacy. The Lapa provides a bar, dining and lounge facilities, while the boma provide outdoor barbeque and enjoyment for star-lit evenings.

Wildlife at Torgos is abundant and includes Gemsbok(Oryx), Eland, Springbok,Red Hartebeest, Duiker,Steenbok,Black-Backed Jackal, Cape fox, Bat-Eared Fox, Caracal, Brown Hyaena, Aardwolf, Porcupine, Pangolin, African wild cat, Black-footed Cat, Antbear and other smaller mammals.

Lion , Cheetah and spotted Hyaena also pass through occasionally. Animal noises can often be heard creating a true african atmosphere.

Larger bird species include Wild Ostrich and Cori Bustard, four Vulture and numerous species of birds of prey can be observed. Although they permanently inhabit this hunting concession, crossing from the border park regularly occurs.
