Situated at the foot of Naval Hill, close to the Franklin Game Reserve. The Orchid House is within walking distance. The Oliewenhuis Art Museum and the residencies of the Chief of Justice and the Premier of the Free State are close by.
Florentia is conveniently situated just north of central Bloemfontein, with easy access to the University of the Free State, Central University of Technology, Supreme Court, Appeal Court, and the CBD.

We offer 8 unique bedrooms each with their own style, including a Special Honeymoon Room. Experience the warmth of hand made quilts in each room, and several  award winning quilts on the walls. Jolena van Rooyen has been making quilts since the late seventies and she has won several National Awards. Various quilts are on show in the Florentia Guest House. Meals
Breakfast starts at 07h00 till 09h00 daily and our friendly staff will be ready with a deliciously prepared full English Breakfast. We will gladly prepare a special order if you inform us before hand or during your stay. Dinner per menu, except Sundays.
