The Kumassi Cottage is a large family suite decorated in Biggie Best style. It has two bedrooms, one single room (single or double bunks), one double bedroom decorated in lavender and olive, a large lounge with four seater dining table and fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower over bath. It has a private entrance which opens out onto a patio with mountain views. It is situated beside the secluded salt water swimming pool. It is supplied with bath robes, Charlotte Rhys toiletries, Granny Goose linens, hairdryer, tea tray and movie channel TV.

The Lavender Suite, so called due to the profusion of lavender spilling over the patio wall outside, is a charming open plan studio with lounge area decorated in colonial style with antique wardrobes and wicker couches, queen size bed and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and all utensils. The Suite has it's own entrance and opens out through French doors to the lovely garden, koi pond, waterfall and mountain views. It is supplied with bath robes, Charlotte Rhys toiletries, Granny Goose linens, hairdryer, tea tray and movie channel TV.

The Mimosa Honeymoon Suite is a double volume suite in African ethnic style, with it's own entrance, gallery bedroom overlooking the downstairs lounge and full bathroom with shower over bath. It has a King size bed with mosquito net under high thatched ceiling providing a romantic venue for those on honeymoon, or for those who would appreciate a little African Romance. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, all utensils, plates and cutlery. The Mimosa has an outside bbq and private garden area with mountain views. It is supplied with bath robes, Charlotte Rhys toiletries, Granny Goose linens, hairdryer, tea tray and movie channel TV. A special champagne breakfast can be arranged and we can also help with wedding arrangements, venues, car hire, make up, hairdresser and wedding organizer. We can also arrange special venues for the wedding party including a luxury yacht trip from Hout Bay harbour.

The Syringa Suite is the main suite of the house, and has sensational views over the back of Table Mountain and the Orangekloof Nature Reserve.  It consists of a large bedroom with kingsize bed, separate changing room, and full en-suite bathroom with separate shower.  It is supplied with hairdryer, bar fridge, safe, tea tray and movie channel TV.

The Acacia Suite consists of two adjacent rooms, one a twin and one a double, both with en-suite shower rooms.  It is an ideal suite for either a family or friends.  The suite has tea tray and satellite TV and guests can utilise the main lounge, patios, garden, pool and kitchen. 

The Ivy Room, so called due to the swathe of ivy growing over the outside wall, is a sweet twin bedroom with en-suite toilet/shower and small kitchenette. It is furnished in antique/colonial style. The Ivy Room has it's own entrance which opens out onto the garden with mountain views. It is supplied with hairdryer, tea tray and movie channel TV.

Full cooked breakfasts are available for R50 per person.
Each apartment is serviced daily, has use of the salt-water swimming pool, TV with satellite and video channels, and there is private off-street parking.
Strictly no smoking in bedrooms. Smoking is only allowed in the garden areas.
