The Platinum Listing 'partners' and Accommodation Africa will have the right and responsibility to recruit and appoint more guest house owners to supply the required number of rooms in a business unit - subject to vacancies in a specific business unit. We do not ask you to sign a contract – our service to you is on a month-to-month basis and you may terminate your listing or advertisement with us at any time and for any reason by giving 30 days’ notice in writing.
Premium Listing Fees – payable in advance:
R40 per room per month – gradually decreasing to only R15 per room per month as the business model unfolds through the phases.
Or save 2 months and pay the monthly fee x 10 annually - a saving of 16.7%.
The fee may initially appear higher than other listing opportunities .... BUT this is a completely different business model, where owners are invited to participate in the decision making process and where they share in benefits and incentives.

Standard Listing >> This is a FREE LISTING option that applies to Nightsbridge subscribers who have activated Travelbook 15 in Webview. There is no addtional commission payable to Accommodation Africa. View Example

- Supply us with up to 8-20 good quality pictures of your property, preferrably 550-650 width x 350-450 height or larger
- Complete a facilities update form to maximize the benefits from the Filter Search Options on the website.

Standard-PLUS Listing >> This is a FREE LISTING with more benefits - no commissions.
Add more value to your Standard Listing - at no extra cost to you.
Free of charge for up to 6 months - your EMPTY ROOMS showing up front - in green' on the menu list (same benefits as a premium listing).
It will allow the business owner time to set up and 'test' the platform and our services with no financial obligation to you.
This function is essential for regular business travellers - but does not apply to free standard listings.
Nightsbridge does not support this function for Travelbook listings or commission-based websites.
Accommodation Africa has to de-activate our tracking ID in order to show the vacancies (in green), whereby we loose the ability to track commissions.
The Standard-PLUS option is available on the following terms:
- activating of Client Manager on your Nightbridge in Webview (a once-off activation fee of R300.00 + VAT is payable to Nighstbridge)
- uploading confidential discounted rate sheet(s) in Nightsbridge for travel agents, tour operators or regular business clients (optional/negotiable)
- set-up and manage the client login and password function in Nightsbridge. Extremely functional and easy to use once properly set up
- Set up a password login for Accommodation Africa
- Our normal fees will however apply for assistance with the setting up and refining of Nightsbridge, either DIY or remote set-up. See Management ...
Additional Benefits:
- your listing will always be at the top of our menu listings (at least on page one) - directly under the premium listings which is subscription based
- a link to our Business Accommodation section - the number of properties are limited on this platform
- direct bookings through the [Book Now] link will be non-commisionable (as if booked directly on your own website or office)
- access to our regular business travellers and secretaries frequently using our Business Travel platform
- our preferred accommodation provider
