KameelKop Lodge and Game Reserve located just out side the town of Wasbank, only 27km's from Dundee.
The lodge has four twin bedrooms rooms (soon to be upgraded to eight), and a central entertainment area as seen above in the photograph. It is a small upmarket lodge ideally located to use as a base while visiting the battlefields, which has made this area famous with the tourists. It is also within easy stricking range of the Drakensberg and some of the larger State Parks. 17 species of plains game is found on this 7400 acre reserve and plans to introduce Rhino and Oribi in the third quater of 2006. We are currently looking for an investor to help introduce Buffalo, which will mean that we can offer 3 of the Big 5 as Leopard are already found in the reserve.
