After a hard day of sight seeing, exploring, lying by the pool or just shopping in and around the breathtaking surrounds of Franschhoek, what better way to end the day than to retire to the comfortable surrounds of your luxurious room…

then when the sun has set and the day has breathed its last, it's time for the night's attractions to take over. So why not enjoy a pre-dinner drink served by our butler at the pool in your private courtyard, while marvelling at the breathtaking views...

then, take to the town to enjoy a sumptuous dinner in one of Franschhoek's several award winning restaurants. However if that's not your style, you could always elect to relax with a book in a bubble bath in your en-suite bathroom or catch the latest blockbuster movie on one of our many satellite channels before switching on the ceiling fan, turning out the light and nestling down under the covers as the memories of the day soon become your dreams of the night…

and when you awaken the next day refreshed and revitalised, switch on the kettle in your room and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee as you taken in the dawning of a new day in your own private courtyard…

then at your own pace, make your way down to the breakfast table where you can enjoy one of our renowned breakfasts, prepared and served by our dedicated team, whose discreet, personal service will leave you feeling thoroughly pampered and spoilt.

From Cape Town International Airport
Take the N1 from Cape Town towards Paarl. Take Exit 47 marked Klapmuts. Turn right onto R44, drive under N1 motorway. Take the second left marked Franschhoek (R45). At T-junction turn right. Drive towards Franschhoek.   

From the village
Lavande de Franschhoek is easy to find – travel straight through the village until you reach the T-junction at the Monument.  Turn right, Verdun Road is the second road to your left.  Our entrance is the first on your left, about 200m up the road.  Lavande is exactly 1Km from the monument to our parking area.
