Oaklands Lodge

B&B and self catering accommodation opposite the Treasure Beach Nature Reserve on the Bluff, Durban.
Oaklands Lodge has four self contained, fully furnished suites situated in a quiet cul de sac adjacent to the Treasure Beach Nature Reserve. The two first floor suites, the Acorn and Sea Breeze,  have lovely sea views from spacious verandah/sun deck. These larger suites have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. They can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The Acorn has a full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet whilst the compact Sea Breeze has only a toilet, shower and basin.

The two smaller ground floor suites, the Oak Leaf and Squirrel’s Nest, do not have sea views. They have one bedroom with a double bed and ideally accommodate 2 adults and 2 young children.

All suites have a double sleeper couch in the lounge, well- equipped kitchen and shared shower, toilet and basin.
All suites have a television, with dsTV, and ceiling fans. All linen is supplied although we request that guests bring their own swimming towels.
There are barbecue and laundry facilities. A large sparkling pool is on the property.
There is safe parking for vehicles.

Attractions:
A rugged pathway leads to the lovely unspoilt Treasure Beach, which provides good fishing, rock pools at low tide and good surfing, snorkelling and bathing.
2 kms from shark protected Ansteys and Brighton Beach.
Night walks on the beach from Wessa.
Next to Wessa Education Centre.
7 minutes from the International Airport.
17 kms from the Durban CBD, ICC and uShaka Marina.
Close to the Jacobs, Clairwood and Mobeni Business areas.
3 minutes away from the Bluff National Park Golf Course.
Dolphin and Whale watching  from vantage points.
Several restaurants and many varied and good shopping areas.
