Portofino Hotel comprises of 11 comfortable rooms. All are en-suite with a shower, toilet and basin. The rooms are equipped with Satellite TV for your entertainment and digital safes ensuring the security of your valuables. For convenience each room has a kitchen area complete with microwave, kettle, fridge, sink and tea tray. Suites are available with lounge and dining facilities. Ceiling fans ensure comfort in the summer months. Smoking is not allowed in any of the suites.

Portofino offers you the choice of an indulgent Full English spread or a light Health Breakfast. This is available from 7:00 - 9:00am daily. Our dining room has breathtaking views of the bay - allowing you to sip your coffee or tea while watching the fishing boats prepare for a day at sea.

Port Alfred is the heart of the Sunshine Coast, equidistant from the coastal cities of Port Elizabeth and East London. The little village is situated on the banks of the tranquil Kowie River - offering great fishing and water sport activities. The Royal Alfred Golf course in Port Alfred and Gary Player designed course at the Fish River offer great entertainment to golfing enthusiasts. There many Wildlife Reserves in the vicinity offering game viewing and excellent birdwatching.
