It has two parking bays. The Apartment has a +- 80 Degrees Sea View and 100 Degrees Table Mountain and City Views
By Car -Cape Towns beaches Clifton, Bantry Bay and Camps Bay are minutes away and the City Centre is also less than 3 km away. The Metropolitan Golf Course and Horse Riding School is within walking distance The 3 Anchor Bay Boat Jetty and access to the Sea is a block away. Grocery Shopping in Sea Point which is also a few minutes by car. The Scheduled Open Double Decker Sight Seeing Bus Stop is a block away along the promenade. This Hop on Hop Off Multiple Tourist Attraction bus service run every hour. This will eliminate the need to have a car unless you wish to travel out of the city.

Kitchen: The fully equipped open Plan Granite Black and White Stainless Steel kitchen looks out over the lounge/dining area which opens out onto a small balcony with a gas barbeque. The new appliances include Stove , Hob , Fridge and Freezer , Washing Machine /Drier. dishwasher, Toaster, Microwave etc. It can accommodate 4 People. Arrangements must be made if an extra child needs to be accommodated in the lounge.
One can also access the balcony from the main bedroom. The gorgeous en suite bathroom has a double basin, bath and shower with a sliding window that looks over the main double bed and at the Views
Lounge: Wrap Around Couches Dining room table with 6 chairs, Satellite TV ( DSTV Extra) and VCR. The deck extends from the living room to the master bedroom. This Apartment does not (unless arrangements have been made) have access to the internet and is not equipped with a PC.
It has two parking bays accessed through remote controlled basement garage door. All exits are monitored by Closed Circuit TV. There is a modern Restaurants in the complex serving a wide array of breakfasts and lunches. There are at least two restaurants on the beach road for evening meals.
