20 minutes away from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and along the famous Bloubergstrand beaches that overlook Table Mountain, you will find our fresh water wetland and bird sanctuary, less than 1km from the sea, where flamingoes, pelicans, herons, fish eagles, birds of prey and many other bird species frequent. Our backyard is the entire reserve and offers unspoilt views of Table Mountain.
 
Timeless elegance and warm hospitality is part and parcel of Casa Mia Guesthouse. A home-away-from-home for the business traveller or peaceful retreat for the holidaymaker. Except for being a Bed and Breakfast, all our rooms, with the exception of the Presidential, are also self-catering.

DINING AT CASA-MIA GUESTHOUSE

Having a scrumptious breakfast will get your day off to a good start. There's a Mini, Continental or English Breakfast personally prepared while you wait, or at a set time, freshness is guaranteed. We know you will be back for more. If coffee is all you need and/or a bowl of muesli then each suite has it's own basic self-catering facilities and all you need in the way of convenience. Breakfast is an OPTIONAL EXTRA. In addition to being a luxury B&B, our standard and executive suites in the guesthouse are semi self-catered.

ACCOMMODATION SUITES

PRESIDENTIAL SUITE (sleeps 2)
The Presidential Suite features an enormous glass front with sliding doors onto a balcony facing the extensive Wetlands with Table Mountain forming the backdrop

STANDARD SUITE (sleeps 2)
Our Standard Suite is like an open plan hotel room of 38sqm. It is practical, well furnished& has it's own en-suite bathroom, dining area and kitchenette. Queen sized Sleigh bed finishes the suite. It may be possible to add a single bed or inflatable airbed to accommodate a child.

EXECUTIVE FAMILY SUITE (sleeps 4)
The Executive Family Suite is a large 70sqm apartment with a separate bedroom & full bathroom. The open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area and lounge makes a "Home from Home" touch. In addition there is a dedicated nook with a double bunk bed - just ideal for a family with 2 children.
 
EXECUTIVE SUITE (Sleeps 3)
The Executive Suite is a large 70sqm apartment with a separate bedroom & full bathroom. The open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area and lounge makes a "Home from Home" touch.

BRIDAL OR HONEYMOON SUITE AT CASA MIA

Our Presidential Suit is the perfect solution for a bride to spend the night before her wedding. All preparations including hair dressing, professional make up can either been done in the comfort of Casa Mia or at recommended service providers on our doorstep. Even a splendid vintage car to round off the trip to your special venue of which there are quite a few in our immediate area.

Or just come and spend a few days of your honeymoon in our presidential suite from where you can enjoy uniterrupted views of Table Mountain over the Rietvlei Wetlands. Our header is the actual view from your suite.
