The property sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, but could accommodate a maximum of 12 people - a double sleeper couch suitable for children.
The modern kitchen is well equipped and comes fitted with a double door fridge / freezer with ice machine and filtered water on tap. There is a 5 plate Eurogas stove with electric oven & extractor fan as well as a conventional smaller oven. Leading off the kitchen is a large scullery / laundry fitted with top loader washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Also a large walk-in pantry with chest deep freeze.
The living area consists of a very spacious lounge fitted with TV, DVD player complete with DSTV (over 70 channels). Family room open plan to the lounge with International size pool table for enjoyment for the whole family. The kitchen offers a large breakfast counter ideal for those meals on the go, or have a sit down meal in the diningroom (seating for 10) with a built-in braai. Sliding doors leading out to lovely undercover patio area with outside braai and sparking pool, ideal to cool down in on those lazy sunny afternoons.

The popular Bloubergstrand (breach) just a stones throw away and a variety of restaurants and pubs in close proximity.
Blouberg Beach is World renowned for its watersports ranging from board, wind and kite surfing.
Approximately 20 minutes from Cape Town CBD and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and Cape Town International Airport 30 minutes drive by car.
The ever popular Winelands with a large selection of wine farms where you can spend days savouring some of the best known Cape wines and warm South African hospitality is just 45 minutes drive out of the area. The area offers loads to do for visitors, ranging from a ferry trip to Robben Island, a day out shopping in Canal Walk (one of the largest shopping centres) or the V & A Waterfront, or a cable car trip up Table Mountain.

Full payment is due before or on arrival. During peak seasons or major events balance payments due 30 days before arrival.
