ACCOMMODATION

The apartment sleeps up to a maximum of 4(four) people and consists of two bedrooms

Dining room: Open plan – seating for 4 people
Kitchen: Fully fitted – well equipped with granite work tops, breakfast counter, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and outside basin.
Bedrooms: Sea & Table Mountain views from the main bedroom – Sleeps 2 (double bed) with plenty of cupboard space available.
Second bedroom offers 2 single beds with sliding doors leading out to private patio area.
(one with double bed and breathtaking views of the sea & Table Mountain, and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. The main bedroom is en-suite consisting of bath, basin & toilet, while the family bathroom consists of shower, basin, toilet & bidet.

Linen: Fresh linen and towels provided.
Housekeeping: Available on request at an additional fee.
Parking: Double garage with remote access.
Security: Equipped with alarm system & 24 hour armed response.

ATTRACTIONS

Only a few minutes away there are a selection of bars & restaurants and Blouberg Beach which is World renowned for its water sports ranging from board, wind and kite surfing.

Approximately 20 minutes from Cape Town CBD and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.

The ever popular Winelands with a large selection of wine farms where you can spend days savouring some of the best known Cape wines and warm South African hospitality is just 45 minutes drive out of the area. The area offers loads to do for visitors, ranging from a ferry trip to Robben Island, a day out shopping in Canal Walk (one of the largest shopping centres) or the V & A Waterfront, or a cable car trip up Table Mountain.
