Set high up on the Muizenberg Mountainside, Blue Bay View is the most highly elevated property on Boyes Drive with panoramic views over False Bay . the Helderberg , the Cape Town Southern Suburbs and Cape Town .

Muizenberg is the gateway to the South Peninsula starting with the scenic Boyes Drive to Kalk Bay, then on to Simonstown and Cape Point.
Our visitors enjoy views over False Bay, the Helderberg mountains to Strand, Stellenbosch and Gordons Bay. We have excellent views of the Muizenberg village and Cape Town Southern Suburbs.

Blue Bay View is a self catering guesthouse - the two units each with its own private entrance - all rooms have sea views and stylishly decorated interiors. Both units offer an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area which lead onto a balcony offering unparalleled lake, sea and mountain views.

• There is off street parking for one car.

Muizenberg, is the gateway to the South Peninsula, Cape Town, starting with the beautiful scenic Boyes Drive to trendy Kalk Bay, a small fishing harbour with unique and unusual shops and restaurants to sleepy Fish Hoek to Simon's Town a naval port world famous for the Penguin colony and Boulders Beach and finally Cape Point.

Muizenberg is a quaint, historical village situated on the False Bay coast just 20km from Cape Town city centre with easy access for motorists using the M3 freeway and train commuters on the Cape Town to Simon's Town rail link (two min walk to the False Bay station).

There are numerous beaches and mountains offering all sorts of activities for the avid sports enthusiast and beautiful walks and views for the more sedentary. The famous wine routes and other tourist favourites such as Table Mountain and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are easy to access from Muizenberg.

PAYMENT

Deposit Policy: Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no show - guest forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - guest forfeits 75% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 29 days + before date of arrival - guest forfeits 50%.

Deposit % 50.0 - Take full deposit if 1 night stay

Conditions/Notes: Notification of cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival date.
If no cancellation is made or there is a NO SHOW we reserve the right to deduct one full nights stay or the deposit.

CHILDREN

Child Policy We regret no children under the age of 10.
Children aged between 10 and 11 pay R100.00.
Children aged between 12 and 18 pay 100%.
