Stillness Manor & Spa is a magnificent and very secluded property hovering above the Constantia Valley of Cape Town and False Bay. With its 14 completely refurbished and luxurious suites, this historic Cape Dutch manor is nestled against the beautiful vineyards and forests covering the gentle slopes of Tokai.
Stillness is an ideal location from which to explore the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands region.
Guests are accommodated either in the main Manor House which includes 6 spacious suites and an elegant presidential suite or in one of several cottages tucked away in the Manor's lush grounds. Peace, seclusion, privacy and unrivalled views best describe this hidden jewel.
Our Spa was fully renovated in 2005 and provides a full range of exciting treatments and therapies and a sanctuary from reality.
The hotel suites are furnished in rich fabrics and muted colours providing a fresh contrast with the opulent and vibrant greenery seen through every window.
Each suite is spacious and has its own alarm, radio, compact disc player, mini bar and tea / coffee making facilities. Relax after a long excursion in our cigar lounge while sampling our local brandies or a selection of the best French cognacs.

The Presidential Suite
A luxurious suite with extensive views situated in the main Manor House. Comprises of a large bedroom with 2 double beds, all marble bathroom with bath and shower, separate sitting room with fireplace, mini bar, DSTV and in room dining facility. Magnificent views over the Constantiaberg Valley from the balcony.
The Family Suite
Located on the upper level of the annex, this suite has two bedrooms – a main bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom has a shower but no bath. Ideal for the family this suite is both spacious and has its own entrance. Magnificent views over the Steenberg Mountains.
3 Standard Suites
One is located on the upper floor of the Manor house annex and two are set in the lush upper side of the Manor’s gardens. Each of these suites has DSTV, mini bars , and a private patio.
5 Luxury Garden Suites
Set in the Manor’s lush gardens with majestic views from your private patio across the Constantia Valley and False Bay . The suites all have queen size beds and full en suite bathrooms with bath and shower . Each suite has its own separate sitting area with mini bar, fireplace and DSTV.
4 Luxury Suites
These four suites, all individually and tastefully decorated, are located in the main Manor House . Each has its own separate sitting area with DSTV , mini bar , and fireplace. Two have queen size beds , one has twin double beds and the last comprises of twin single beds joined.
Breakfast is served either in the conservatory or on the terrace where one may enjoy magnificent views of the Constantia Valley and the Hottentots Holland Mountains.
The Manor also has a formal 10 seater dining room for private functions and a comfortable cigar lounge.
The dining facility at Stillness Manor has an internal seating capacity of 40 people and is open from 7:30am till 9:30pm.

Set a few meters away from the Manor House, on the edge of lush gardens, conference participants experience total peace and tranquillity while meeting in a secluded setting.
Our Conference venue can seat up to 40 delegates and is fully equipped and air conditioned.
