EXAMPLE

A list of all 21 properties & accommodation types appear for Bloubergstrand.

ENTER: Date of Arrival and the Number of Nights required at the top of the listings
CLICK GO to search the VACANT ROOMS for the selected dates.
CLICK: Business Travel >> Accommodation under FILTER OPTIONS in the left column.

Select [Book Now] under Casa Mia Guesthouse

There are 2 options:

1. CHECK AVAILABILITY in the top left frame. Accessible to all internet users searching online accommodation. You can proceed with a booking, pay by credit card online via secure payment gateway and receive instant booking confirmation.

Skip this option and proceed to option 2.

2. LOGIN(S) for Business Clients (new feature - optional)

In the second frame business clients with password access can LOGIN to CORPORATE RATE  SHEETS from where bookings can be made and confirmed in an instant.

No more time consuming telephone calls, only to find no answer / busy or engaged / fully booked / staff unable to help or to confirm a booking etc.

No payments or credit card details required for regular business travellers with login and password access.

Just follow the easy steps to complete a booking and receive instant written email confirmation.


General Info

• After the online booking confirmation, which is instantly - the normal admin process will  follow.
  Issue and supply a travel voucher or purchase order to the accommodation provider (if applicable).
  Invoicing done as usual by the accommodation provider.
• Discounted rates may be excluded during peak seasons or major special events.
• Long term discounts may apply from time to time and is automatically loaded and calculated by the booking system.
• Minimum Nights may apply for bookings made well in advance, usually during peak holiday seasons. The system will automatically increase the booking to the minimum required nights and adjust the pricing accordingly.
  Under 'comments' enter your request for an amendment to the dates and prices. Re-confirmation of dates and rates by the accommodation provider will follow.
• DISCOUNTED LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS can not be accessed through client logins.
  It applies to last minute bookings made within up to 3 days before the date of arrival and can only be accessed through the normal rack rates - where no login is required (see 1 under booking process)
• Travel agent's commission will apply as usual and be deducted from invoice payments, where applicable.

Branch Offices or Agencies

Business clients may use one login access and password for all their business/branches.
More logins and passwords can be issued per branch on request.
